Obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1991 from St. John Fisher College.  After graduation, he was employed as an abstractor and title examiner with a local abstracting and title company.  Mr. Marchioni was later promoted to the position of Senior Account Representative ensuring customer satisfaction and developing new business.  Mr. Marchioni started law school in 1995 completed his studies, graduating early in December, 1997.  After law school, he accepted a position as a real estate attorney with Underberg & Kessler, LLP.  Mr. Marchioni was then employed by the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office where he achieved the position as a Felony Assistant District Attorney.  Mr. Marchioni resigned from the District Attorney’s Office to pursue his passion of Real Estate Law with the formation of Marchioni & Associates Law Firm in the year 2005.

Graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2010.  He also completed a Master’s Degree in Arts Management at UB in 2009.  Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. Spong worked in loan originations and closing for a national mortgage lender and was the publicity manager for a theater company in upstate New York.  Mr. Spong joined Marchioni & Associates in December, 2010 as an associate with a focus on real estate matters, estate work and matrimonial law.

Has 12 years of experience in the real estate industry.  Mrs. Patterson started her career at an abstract and title company in the year 1998 working on residential real estate.  At that time, she was responsible for preparing title, title clearance, scheduling closings and preparing closing documents as well as post closing issues.  In 1999, she took a position at a local law firm as a real estate paralegal.  Ms. Patterson joined Marchioni & Associates in 2005 and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling purchase closings and lender real estate clients.

Attended St. John Fisher College and has furthered her education with the Real Estate Board of Realtors.  Ms. Blaszak has 26 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She was previously employed by various local law firms, title companies and mortgage lending institutions.  During her career, Ms. Blaszak has handled all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, including title examination, for New York State properties and has done extensive work with real estate closing coordinating for properties located throughout all of the United States.  Ms. Blaszak joined Marchioni & Associates in 2007 and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling title, purchase and sale closings and lender real estate clients for residential and commercial properties.

Obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1996.  Ms. Graham has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She started her career at a local law firm in the year 1996 working on residential real estate closings.  In 2010 Ms. Graham joined Marchioni & Associates and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling purchase and sale closings and lender real estate clients.

Has 9 years of experience in the real estate industry. Stacey started her career with a local firm, Cerulli, Massare & Lembke and Public Abstract in Buffalo. Most recently she was trained to be a title examiner for Monroe Title, First American and Crossroads Abstract, where she examined title and produced title reports. The past five years, Stacey has mainly been processing M&T Bank loan closing files. Stacey accepted a position with Marchioni & Associates in June, 2009.

Attended Monroe Community College for continued education in the area of Special Education and Sign Language.  Ms. Wattie has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She was previously employed by various local law firms and a local title company.  During her career, Ms. Wattie has concentrated efforts in the areas of mortgage lending extended services for real estate purchases, refinance and reverse mortgage closings across the nation. Ms. Wattie joined Marchioni & Associates in 2009 after most recently overseeing an Escrow and Appraisal company and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling lender real estate clients for residential properties.

Obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from State of University of New York at Fredonia in 1998.   Ms. Robinson has 11 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She was previously employed by a local law firm, a local title company, local mortgage lender and Escrow and Appraisal Company.  During her career, Ms. Robinson has concentrated efforts in the areas of mortgage lending extended services for real estate purchases, refinance and reverse mortgage closings across the nation. Ms. Robinson joined Marchioni & Associates in 2009 and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling lender real estate clients for residential properties.

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from State of University of New York at Brockport in 2005 and a Master of Science degree in Reading and Literacy.   Ms. Rajca was previously employed by the Rochester City School District as a General Education Teacher.  Ms. Rajca also has previous 17 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She was previously employed by a local mortgage lender.  Ms. Rajca joined Marchioni & Associates in 2011 and is currently employed as a junior real estate paralegal handling sale real estate clients for residential and commercial properties.

Attended Monroe Community College resulting in Associates degree in Office Tech/Legal.  Ms. Gaudio has 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mary was previously employed by various local law firms and has experience in all aspects of local residential real estate matters.  Ms. Gaudio joined Marchioni & Associates in 2011 and is currently handling all of the funding and post-closing detail for all of the Firm’s closed real estate files.

Attended Rochester Business Institute for Paralegal studies resulting in Associates degree.  Ms. Grishaber has 8 years of experience in the real estate industry.  She was previously employed by a local law firm and local title companies.  During her career, Ms. Grishaber has concentrated efforts in the areas of mortgage lending extended services for real estate purchases, refinance and reverse mortgage closings across the nation. Ms. Grishaber joined Marchioni & Associates in 2011 and is currently employed as a real estate paralegal handling lender real estate clients for residential properties.

Attended Corning Community College and Elmira College majoring in English and Business. Ms. Crowe has 7 years of experience managing, owning and operating a business.  Ms. Crowe joined Marchioni & Associates in 2011 and is currently employed as a Administrative Assistant working with marketing strategies and administrative duties.
